Extermination by corona still wreaking in India

corona continues with wreaking dissolute in the country. There are 3,54,065 confirmed cases and death tolls 11,903 . Over 50% of total coronavirus patients were recovered from the disease.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a meeting with 21 chief ministers and lieutenant governors of Union territories on Tuesday to discuss COVID-19 strategies in future.

If we stop breaking corona viruses outbreak, the more it will stop growing,and our economy will be open up. That depends on how we fight up with corona outbreak.

Corona virus Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People who have such a kind of symptoms may they have COVID 19 : 

Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

If you are sick with COVID-19 or think you might have COVID-19,here are some important things you should try to reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions:

Avoid to go outside


Stay away from public place. Try to avoid going out. If you need to go out don’t use public transportation. Wear mask and keep distance from people.

If your symptoms are severe or you feel like you need medical care, call before you go to to your health care provider. Describe your symptoms over the phone.


Make a habit of hand hygiene

Whenever you go out for a care facility, wear a mask so your coughs and sneezes are less likely to infect others. If you cough or sneeze use tissue or do so into the bend of your elbow, not your hand.

Wash your hands thoroughly (for at least 20 seconds) or use hand Senitizer after sneezing, blowing your nose, coughing or using the bathroom, and before preparing or eating food. (Note : whenever you use hand Senitizer wash your hands before getting contact with flame)

At home, clean often-touched surfaces. Wash fruits and veggies with backing soda.

Follow the instructios of health care providers


If you have minor fever and cough contact your health care provider. Stay home and await further instructions. Go to a clinic or emergency department if you have more severe symptoms, such as higher fever and severe shortness of breath.

It’s better to avoid bring children or other family members unless you need assistance.
